On Running is a Swiss athletic shoe and performance sportswear company that designs and markets sports clothing and running shoes.

On was incorporated as a sporting goods company in 2010. The company was founded by former Swiss Ironman champion Olivier Bernhard with David Allemann and Caspar Coppetti. In 2012, On released the Cloudracer, a performance shoe favoured by Swiss professional triathlete Nicola Spirig. The company utilizes a proprietary cushioning technology called CloudTec in its shoes.

On signed their first athlete, Swiss Tennis professional Roger Federer in 2019, who then went on to become a major shareholder in On. In July 2020 the company released a limited edition lifestyle shoe named “The Roger” in his honor.

In 2024 they went on to release their first signature apparel collection, which has quickly become a serious threat to their competitors. Later in 2024 they continued their success with signing Zendaya as the face of their women’s apparel line, along with FKA Twigs.
